RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

AGE 25+

The minimum age to rent and drive a vehicle from Zerosa Luxury Car Rental is 25.

All drivers, including additional drivers, must also meet the minimum age requirement.

DRIVER’S LICENSE

All drivers must have a full graduated driver’s license from their home jurisdiction.

Novice (N) and Learner (L) licenses are not accepted.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A valid credit card is required for a security deposit on all rentals.

The name on the credit card must match the name of the renter.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The minimum age to rent and/or drive our vehicles is 25.

  • Due to insurance requirements, we are unable to make an exception to our age requirement.

  • All drivers must have a full graduated driver’s license from their home jurisdiction (Province, State or Country)

    For British Columbia licenses, a full Class 5 (or better) license is required.

    Novice (N) and Learner (L) licenses are not accepted.

  • Yes, absolutely! We accept all valid international driver’s licenses. If your driver’s license does not have an English translaton on it, we recommend obtaining an International Driving Permit from your home country, which will act as a translation for your original license. You will be required to have both items in your possession. If your driver’s license has an English translation, an International Driving Permit is not required.

  • Yes, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) is required for all rentals.

    The name on the credit card must match the name on the renter’s driver’s license.

INSURANCE & SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • All our rental vehicles come come with $5,000,000 liability insurance included in the rental price. We offer an optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) upon check out. The LDW cost and Deductible varies between vehicles. Please refer to our reservation system for pricing.

  • Yes, we love to provide our vehicles for music video shoots and movies. For a custom quote please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • We require two pieces of ID including a valid Driver’s License as well as a major credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard)

  • Yes, we love to provide our vehicles for music video shoots and movies. For a custom quote please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Yes, a lot of our clients choose to rent a vehicle for their wedding. Please ask one of our staff members for a guide on how to decorate the car without damaging the paint.

  • No, none of our cars are branded as rentals.

  • We require two pieces of ID including a valid Driver’s License as well as a major credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard)

  • Yes, we accept both Bitcoin and Ethereum for our Car Rentals. For other Crypto Currencies please inquire with one of our staff members.

  • Yes, we accept cash for our rentals but please note, we require a Security Deposit via major credit card whether or not you elect to pay the rental fee in cash.

  • Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with GPS devices. We only access GPS data if the car isn’t returned in time or used in violation of the rental terms (such as excessive speeding or off-road use). Automated alerts notify us of any use in violation of the rental terms.

  • Yes, we do offer Drop-off service. Depending on the distance, we might charge a small service fee. Please get in touch with one of our friendly staff members for a quote.

  • Only under unique circumstances do we negotiate our rental price. Need a car for pictures, videos or last minute and we might be able to get you a deal! However, it’s our priority to offer the finest vehicles, paired with a true conviction to make sure every customer leaves with a smile on their face; all which comes at a price.

  • Yes, all our rental cars are professionally maintained and detailed to the highest standards before pick up.

  • We require vehicles to be returned with the same fuel level as it was at the time of check-out. For your convenient we offer a refuelling service for any vehicles returned below the original level, subject to a nominal refuelling fee.

  • All our rental cars come with 150 km allowance per day for short term bookings. Monthly and weekly rentals have separate km limits as outlined in the rental agreement. For additional km charges please refer to the booking system.

  • All our vehicles are for on-road use only. Vehicles are monitored for any off-road use using automated GPS alerts, with immediate termination of the rental agreement if detected.

  • No, all our vehicles are strictly non-smoke, non-vape. Smoking or vaping in the vehicles will incur a cleaning fee and loss-of-use fee as defined in the rental agreement.
